A: We make the Proforma Invoice as per the clients’instructions like FOB & EXW.
5.Q: What are your payment terms?
A: All payments should be made in US dollars unless specified in the quotation sent to you.
6.Q: What factors I need to get a quotation?
A:Model,Material name,Your Desired output,Voltage is also needed for a precise quotation.
7.Q:What is the real delivery time of your factory?
A:15 to 30 days for general series products, meanwhile,customized products/packing would need 25 days to 60 days based on different situations.
8.Q:How do your after-sale service work if the product got damaged?
A:In the guarantee time 12 months, our general after-sale service is changing the damaged items for the customer.
